The sky above us is so big, so quiet, and always moving. It is like a great ocean of stars. That stillness of space is what we know as cosmic silence or the deep, peaceful silence of the universe. And when we close our eyes to meditate, we can feel a movement not unlike this stillness. It is like being a galaxy in motion – quiet, calm, and always flowing
CALM OF THE GALAXY
Cosmic silence is the silence of the universe. Although stars, planets, and galaxies are always changing due to motion, there is no sound that we can hear. Everything is happening in a silent world. It is a big, quiet, and beautiful silence. When we gaze at the stars, we can sense that silence in our hearts. It is not an empty or lonely silence, or a wonder and a beauty. It makes us feel so small, and yet, so a part of something cosmic.

DEEP BREATHING
Meditation is when we sit quietly, shut our eyes, and attempt to settle our minds. When we attempt to stop thinking about anything. We might just think about breathing, or just one word or thought. Meditation makes us calm and peaceful inside. It helps us forget about our stress and issues for a short time. Many people around the world practice meditation daily. It is good for our body, mind, and spirit.

STARS MOVING SLOWLY IN SPACE
A galaxy is a large collection of stars and planets moving slowly through space. It spins and flows like a river of light. Even though it is constantly moving, it seems calm. It is neither rushing nor stopping. It just keeps flowing calmly and quietly
When we meditate, our thoughts are like a galaxy. They move slowly through our minds, and we do not chase after them. We let them rise and fall. We remain quiet, like space. Our breath becomes slow and soft like the stars moving in the sky. We remain, not trying to stop anything. We are watching and feeling calm.

Why is this feeling so important?
In today’s era people are very busy we have so many work in our lives our schedule are so busy people use to go their office for work and they also face many other problems we have noise everywhere the word quite disappears from our life that’s why it is important for all of us that how to be calm again and when we feel calmness we feel free we feel happy our emotion does not mixed and it is called a part of universe

What can you do to feel this peace?
The rising question? You just need to sit quite in a place and close your eyes and took a deep breath try to listen your inner peace if problematic thoughts come let it go imagine you are floating like a stars in the galaxy the whole galaxy moving around you and you lost their with peace try this technique at least 5 minutes a day slowly your soul feels lighter your mind should at rest position you feel happy and calm without any reason this is the power of meditation that it slows down stressful person into calm person.
What we learned
We all need peace in our lives we all want to stay happy and calm the stars in the galaxy teaches us that how big the universe is and so many things we have learned from it the meditation we learned is from the stars and slowly we became a part of silence we don’t need to go anywhere we need our inner peace so for the next time when you feel stress just took a deep breath remember the silence of the universe sit down in a room close your eyes and feel the peace this is called true meditation
