In the last couple of years, strange things happen that leave scientists shocked. Are these the sign of the hour, or something else? If we see the signs of judgment day told in Islam (Quran & Ahadees), exactly the same things are happening. Islam has explicitly listed out end time events as the major and minor signs of the Day of Judgment.
This blog highlights a few end time prophecy news coming true that really leads to the question about our living at the end of times. Although a lot of strange happenings are there, let’s discuss the highly astonishing ones.
1. Change in Earth’s Inner Core’s Spinning Speed & Direction -1st End Time Prophecy News
There are many hadiths about time and astronomy. Here, I am mentioning two hadiths that are much related to the topic. According to the first hadith of the Last Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) told 1400+ years ago,
نْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا فَإِذَا طَلَعَتْ وَرَآهَا النَّاسُ آمَنُوا أَجْمَعُونَ، وَذَلِكَ حِينَ لاَ يَنْفَعُ نَفْسًا إِيمَانُهَا ".
Narrated by Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The hour will not be established till the sun rises from the West; and when it rises (from the West) and the people see it, they all will believe. And that is (the time) when no good will it do to a soul to believe then." Sahih Al Bukhari (4636)
And here is a verse from Qur’an also, on it.
Al Quran : "The day that some of the signs of your Lord do come, no good will it do to a person to believe..." (V.6:158)
According to the second hadith,
عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَتَقَارَبَ الزَّمَانُ فَتَكُونُ السَّنَةُ كَالشَّهْرِ وَالشَّهْرُ كَالْجُمُعَةِ وَتَكُونُ الْجُمُعَةُ كَالْيَوْمِ وَيَكُونُ الْيَوْمُ كَالسَّاعَةِ وَتَكُونُ السَّاعَةُ كَالضَّرْمَةِ بِالنَّارِ "
Anas bin Malik narrated that Allah’s Messenger (s.a.w) said:
"The hour shall not be established until time is constricted, and the year is like a month, a month is like the week, and the week is like the day, and the day is like the hour, and the hour is like the flare of the fire." Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2332
Keeping in view both Hadiths, see the latest study of scientific researchers about earth rotation here. According to this research study (published in the journal “Nature Geoscience”), the earth’s inner core movements are causing earthquakes repeatedly. It is happening for more than the last six decades.
Since 2009, researchers said, the earth’s rotation had slowed down. Since then, the study says that there seems a “negative trend”, which means the inner core of the earth is now rotating slower than the earth’s surface. There is little indication so far, about the impact of this “negative trend” on the earth’s upper level. But, there is definitely a physical link between all layers of the earth, as researchers believe.
According to a few analyses, studies, and reports, this slowed-down rotation of the earth will now, sooner or later, change its direction and start rotating in the opposite direction. And, we know that if this happens, the direction of sunrise will also change that day. WaAllah o Alam!
2. Arab Deserts Turning into Greenery & Meadows- 2nd End Time Prophecy News
As reported by Abu Huraira R.A, the companion of the last Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H),
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى يَكْثُرَ الْمَالُ وَيَفِيضَ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ الرَّجُلُ بِزَكَاةِ مَالِهِ فَلاَ يَجِدُ أَحَدًا يَقْبَلُهَا مِنْهُ وَحَتَّى تَعُودَ أَرْضُ الْعَرَبِ مُرُوجًا وَأَنْهَارًا " .
“The last hour will not come until wealth becomes abundant and overflowing, so much that a man takes Zakat out of his property, and cannot find anyone to accept it from him and till the land of Arabia turns into meadows and rivers.” – Sahih Muslim 157C/ Book 12, Hadith 76.

A recent study says that due to extreme weather changes and climate cycles, the ice rock areas may melt fast, within a short period of time. 3. Euphrates River Drying Up & Uncovering A Mountain of Gold- 3rd End Time Prophecy News
Being the longest river in Western Asia, the Euphrates River, along with Tigris, has great importance. However, according to a recent study, the Middle East has lost a lost portion of freshwater due to the continuous drying up of the Euphrates River. The regions that are badly affected by it are Turkey, Syria, Iraq, and Iran. Another particular area that is in danger of drying up completely is Sawa Lake, which is the main source of life in Iraq.
In 2009, National Public Radio published news with the topic “Drought Reveals Iraqi Archaeological Treasures: The drying up of the Euphrates River has revealed ancient archaeological sites, some of which were unknown until now“. Meanwhile, there is a report of the unveiling of Gold Mountain in Congo also, in the last 2-3 years. Here is the study.
Here are three hadiths on it, narrated by Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) 1400+ years ago.
“The time is near when the River Euphrates will dry up to unveil a treasure of gold. Whosoever may be alive at that time, should not take anything of it." - (Al-Bukhari and Muslim - Riyad as-Salihin 1822)
"The Hour will not come to pass before the river Euphrates dries up to unveil the mountain of gold, for which people will fight Ninety-nine of every hundred will die [in the fighting], . and every man among them will say, 'Maybe I'm the only one to remain alive'. "- (Al-Bukhari and Muslim - Riyad as-Salihin 1822)
It [the Euphrates] will uncover a mountain of gold [in it]." - (Sunan Abi Da'ud)

4. Drying Up of Lake Tiberias or The Sea of Galilee- 4th End Time Prophecy News
The Galilee Sea, as well as the Gennesaret lake, Kinneret lake, and Tiberias lake, is located at the Golan hill (borders of Syria and Israel). It is the largest freshwater lake in the middle east. But right now, it has become the lowest freshwater lake on earth, with 209 meters in depth, and the second lowest lake in the world (after the Dead Sea-a saltwater lake). Here is the hadith which narrates about this lake.
From al-Nawwas bin Sam’an RA, the Prophet PBUH said:
وَيَبْعَثُ اللهُ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ، وَهُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ حَدَبٍ يَنْسِلُونَ، فَيَمُرُّ أَوَائِلُهُمْ عَلَى بُحَيْرَةِ طَبَرِيَّةَ فَيَشْرَبُونَ مَا فِيهَا، وَيَمُرُّ آخِرُهُمْ فَيَقُولُونَ: لَقَدْ كَانَ بِهَذِهِ مَرَّةً مَاءٌ
“And then Allah would send Gog and Magog and they would swarm down from every slope. The first of them would pass the lake of Tiberias and drink out of it. And when the last of them would pass, he would say: There was once water there.” - Sahih Muslim (2937)
The hadith (narrated 1400+ years ago) clearly tells about the vanishing of this lake, and the same thing is happening right now. Here is the report for you. Due to continuous rain scarcity for almost 4 years, the water situation in the Lake has become critically serious. It has reached its lowest level in the last 100 years, causing distress for surrounding (occupied) Palestinian authorities.
5. Ummah tribes unite with Idolaters- 5th End Time Prophecy News
This is the most unfortunate thing of all. Read this hadith.
عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى تَلْحَقَ قَبَائِلُ مِنْ أُمَّتِي بِالْمُشْرِكِينَ وَحَتَّى يَعْبُدُوا الأَوْثَانَ وَإِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ فِي أُمَّتِي ثَلاَثُونَ كَذَّابُونَ كُلُّهُمْ يَزْعُمُ أَنَّهُ نَبِيٌّ وَأَنَا خَاتَمُ النَّبِيِّينَ لاَ نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي "
Thawban narrated that the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said:
"The Hour shall not be established until tribes of my Ummah unite with the idolaters, and until they worship idols. And indeed there shall be thirty imposters in my Ummah,each of them claiming that he is a Prophet. And I am the last of the Prophets, there is no Prophet after me." - Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2219
The land of mecca and medina, the birthplace of Islam, will now teach epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata in schools. It means Hinduism history is to be taught in Saudi schools now. This decision has been taken by the Saudi crown prince himself and it is part of Muhammad bin Salman’s vision 2030.
The announcement was made by Nouf Almarwaii, the first certified Saudi yoga teacher. She put out screenshots of her son’s exam paper which included questions on Hinduism and its beliefs. Soon all schools in the kingdom are expected to adopt a similar curriculum that includes the history of Hinduism and Buddhism, the teachings of Ramayana and Mahabharata, the concepts of karma and dharma, and the importance of yoga and Ayurveda. Besides, Riyadh says it aims to create a coexistent moderate and tolerant generation.
Conclusion
To conclude, the hadiths about the series of end time events, told a long time before, are coming surprisingly true one by one. Besides these five signs, the other horrifying signs include Halloween in KSA, Homosexuality legalization, Yanuka Shlomo (claiming himself as (false) Messiah), recent Turkey-Syria earthquakes, and Third Temple Ceremonies.
